Fri: scientific method lab: pendulum
Pd 3,4 Genetics and Biotechnology
Mon-Wed: students are in library to research biotech article of their choosing; students will present in powerpoint form to the rest of the class
Thur: students read handout pg 375-379 and use "box-up" plot worksheet to organize ethical decision
Fri: quiz: making environmental decisions
Pd 6,7 Practical General Biology
Mon: students finish labeling and pinning insects
Tues: collect insects outside; quiz on insect metamorphosis; insect collecting techniques
Wed: research in library for insect court activity
Thur: insect court activity : students support and defend importance of their chosen insect order
Fri: student label and color diagrams of insect anatomy
